Capstone
For high school men in grades 9 – 12 in the Pittsburgh area
What is Capstone?
Capstone encourages students to focus on three great life goals: serving society through work, forming a vibrant family, and building friendships with God and others.
Monthly sessions include a seminar, time for study and personal mentoring, and a sport or activity.
What are the seminar topics?
This year’s seminar delves into key virtues that define one’s character. Spending time studying and reflecting on them prepares us for a lifelong struggle to improve and serve others.
- Humility
- Prudence
- Sincerity
- Magnanimity
- and more…
The seminar is led by Mr. Mike Flynn, a dynamic master teacher at Aquinas Academy.
The program staff are residents of Warwick House. They moderate the seminars and run the other Capstone activities, including mentoring.
